Coolock Kenpo Karate Club opened in the Scout Hall Coolock Village in January 2003.The Chief Instructor there is Mr. Jason O Keeffe, 6th Degree Black Belt and Association President of irishkenpo.com
Karate practice is a time tested method for developing many desirable qualities in children, teens, and adults. Self confidence, personal discipline, self defense, fitness, and sport are all avenues which bring people to study and practice Karate.
The Club is on two nights a week Wednesday and Friday's.
