Kinsealy Club
Kinsealy Kenpo Karate Club opened in October 2007.The Chief Instructor there is Mr. Thomas Mc Donald (2nd Degree Black Belt).
The Club itself is part of irishkenpo.com which is run by Mr. Jason O Keeffe, 6th Degree Black Belt and Association President of irishkenpo.com
Our lessons comprise of careful supervised training,which includes fitness,techniques,sparring,self-defence and confidence building for the children who attend classes.
We also introduce a "fun element" to the class which helps to make lessons more enjoyable.
The Club is on two nights a week Tuesday and Thursday's.
